For those of you who have been following this thread…I have solved my hardware
growler issue. For those who care, I don't think it is a good solution but,
here it is…
I have to keep hardware growler running. Unlike growler mail or growler
Safari, you actually have to have hardware growler
i odn't think there is a way round it
i have tried to get rid of it as i used to use it, but no longer do because of
it
