One thing you need to bear in mind when it comes to GPS apps, is that most of
them require a 3G connection as the maps are not resident on the idevice.
Navigon maps are resident, so it can be used in areas where data roaming would
cost you a fortune. This is probably more relevant
Too bad though that Motionx gps-drive isn't and probably never will be
available in Sweden or other scandinavian countries.

Just wanted to get some thoughts on this. I have, and use, both Apple's
built-in Maps and Navigon. I'm not really leaning towards one over the other
at present, so thought I'd get some additional input.

hi, when i drive somewhere i use the map app that is on my iPhone.
My only disappointment is this, the voice is so low that when on the
highway you can hardly hear its instructions, and therefore have too
