Google has allocated 5 preliminary slots for the maemo project. We might still
end up getting less than these, but definitely not more.
We need to move fast now to make sure that the top 5 ranked proposals are the
ones we want to promote. Google will make final decisions at the end of Tuesday

I have a Nokia N800 and a T-Mobile Dash (Windows Mobile 5). The Dash
supports only Bluetooth PAN networking, and as such requires jumping
through several now-documented hoops to get working as a modem for
the N800.
I am able to get connectivity using the Dash as a modem, but only
I agree, I think this would be a nice addition but I think it should also be
manage to make sure postings really are related to maemo and not a bunch of
junk job postings like many other job postings web pages.

as a data point, mm was crashing for me on loading topo maps because there
was a corrupt map in the cache. Cleaning the cache fixed the crashing.

I just got my 770 back from being repaired (white screen of death). I
reflashed with the os2700 hacker edition. After reading good reviews on the
hacker edition here, I thought maintaining the same system on the n800 and
n770 is nice.
