i'm sure someone else will be able to enlighten you better than i do but from what i can recall, it's not only a matter of providing a driver and enabling the device. there are bus and memory bandwidth considerations that somehow make the use of the 3d chipset useless on the current hardware ca

Hey, Just a quick note. If I could have one thing changed software wise on the n800, I'd enable the 3d chipset. I probably wouldn't even use it for 3d graphics, just to accelerate 2d graphics. That would be sweet. pygame is nice, but I want translucency and lighting effects. -- Jesse Guardian
