Dig around in their control panel. There should be cron jobs and the ability to
enable ssh per "SFTP User".
Lots of ads and upsells are in their panel now which hadn't been there before
so be careful what you click.

My moderators keep getting messages stating that there are messages
pending. However when they follow the link the web page states database
updated and that there are no pending requests. They get these messages
daily.

Yes, I saw that, and I followed those instructions, but until I
changed the ownership of /etc/aliases and /etc/postfix/aliases*
the wrapper was still being run as gid "nogroup". I think the
documentation should be changed to also recommend change those
files to group ownership
ould this be added to the
documentation somewhere? I can usually find anything using the
documentation, but I really don't think this information is in the
documentation or FAQ anywhere.

the buffers and cached stuff that shows in the output of "free". The
memory that's actually being used by programs is in the "-/+
buffers/cache" line. The buffers and cache speed up performance in
certain ways, but the kernel will automatica
should consider using the "tar.gz" source version of
mailman, available from any of the mailman distribution sites such as
list.org, instead of an RPM. This is the version that's more widely
used and supported more commonly on this mailing list. But I do
understand the many advantage

(beta version). It is not available in 2.0.x, because messages are sent
out in batches. What version are you using?

program, and not mailman's fault. Ask your users to set the line length
at 72 characters.
If this affects all posts, including those with proper carriage returns
in the

instructions, it will work fine.
