VM grids through Adobe Distiller. The message is:

Positive values are returned in browser for a line, polyline ...

I'm in search of an inexpensixe data set that gives lat/lon (or a mappable point
in Mapinfo format) for the telephone country code and city code pairs for
perhaps the top 5000 cities throughout the world. Geographic precision isn't
particularly important.
As an example;
