Hi Nigel,
A few commetn that might solve your problem:
1. Allways remember to use Fetch ... before reading values from a
table/selection. MapInfo tends to loose track of the cursor inthe current
table.
2. It might also be a good idea to select the record(s) from your selection
into a names table
I suggest you contact Bradford Maps (www.bradfordmap.com) or
888-987-6277. I know they update their data monthly, though
we have never actually used it.
