My own little bird told me that the new produit MapX/MapXtreme .Net should be out next winter and the Mapinfo Professional . Net should be out a short while after. My guess is that MiCorp will try to get back to their old update schedule - an update yearly around May so that they can justify

There may be some more efficient way of doing this, but this should work. It allows you to open a particular table but if you already know which one you are using, then you don't need that dialog. Instead of new you can pass a variable to it. Include mapbasic.def Include Menu.Def Declare Sub
