Hi Frank, This just happened to me yesterday. Check to make sure you have the correct software. We upgraded to street pro 8 and they sent the display version. It will not geocode addresses. Look on the cd. If it says Display it won't geocode and you need the enhanced address layer version.

The projection file has a complete set of UTM WGS84 (datum 104) - 120 zones altogether. Why don't you just copy that section, and change the datum to 115 ? The UTM zone definition is independent of the datum used. The format of a projection clause is described exhaustively in the appendicies
