[MI-L] Make Table Mappable - Per Row Style - SQL Sever problem

Hi All,   I'm trying to utilise the "Per Row Style" option when making ODBC Tables Mappable.   I've successfully achieved this with an access database BUT for the life of me, I cannot repeat this from an SQL server Database.   I would love to here from anyone who has had success doing this
