if the object(s) selected to copy/paste are entirely within the mapper, the screen does not resize. if an object or any portion of an object is outside the mapper, the screen will resize and reposition using the mbr method. that code has been around since v5.5 and had not really changed.

I / we should expect that MapInfo Corp will develop a cross-compiler or middleware product which will translate existing MapBasic code/calls into equivalent .Net code/calls.   They have already done this for MapXtreme to Envinsa, so you would expect the same for the desktop products…

MI-L Shade statement - Pie Chart Map problem
