Hmmm, restricting where certain amounts of money get spent is a major headache
for the finance department. It usually seems a great idea in the first year

At th risk of starting another heated discussion, we need to decide,
and, I think it important the marketing team think about this. By
team, I mean the regular members on this list who actually contribute
to the work, discussions and decision making, which is why you are on
this list. For the
Quick comment from my side: I will not be very active on forums as tou
can't work with them on phones and I use my phone a lot for email.
But I am open to experimentation. However we must form a real marketing
team with tasks and production. Then we'll think about forums or mailing
