I don't know what to make of a paper that cites DEBKA (but it does so with a
sense of disclaimer), but some current estimates put Israel at number 3 in
total ability to use WMD--nuclear, biological, chemical and at number 4 in
nuclear weapons capability (only behind US, Russia and France). Since 20

500.
