MD: Req: Component advice

I'm looking for a component MD player with digital optical in and out, and I'm on a very tight budget. I have found the Sony 530 for $299 which satisfies the digital in/out requirement, but I'm hoping I can find something a bit cheaper. Any suggestions? Thanks, Paul
