the sections of the forms separately if the "edit with form" form has sections
as well? Maybe I just need to experiment with it.

I assume you're asking about the Page Forms extension. There are ways to do
that using actual Page Forms forms, although I would think it's not
necessary, because each section should already have an "Edit" link above
it, letting the user edit that one section. Isn't that enough?
