I took the monitor apart and found a 330 mfd 15 volt capacitor had a
slightly rounded top. That was the only problem I could find.
Radio Shack had no 330 mfd capacitors but I did have a

Don't know for sure, but there is probably an eccentric bolt through the
lower control arm bushing. Loosen the nut, turn the bolt to pull/push the
control arm in or out.
Hopefully the eccentric bolt is not seized inside the bushing.

They have four speed with a fluid coupling.
I would be concerned about a direct clutch if it slips in fourth (all
gear sets locked). That said, mine shifted badly until I drove it a
while, so it may just be from sitting too long.
