would use on a lawn mower throttle or a choke cable... Slight fabrication
job to mount both ends and attach the cable to the shutdown lever.. you
should be good to go... e.. stop.. ;))

Randy, I think installing the correct part will be less hassle than installing
a cable to control it. A sheathed cable needs a solid stop for the sheath
(think bicycle brake), which may not be easy to fabricate.

Since its so far off the beaten path (3/4 mile to the road) I figured we'd have
to board over windows both inside and out or they'd just smash 'em for the fun
of smashing.
This year dad has been up there a lot which helps keep the rif raff out.

Illinois lets you get away with that? I'm pretty sure here in MA its a "produce

finish. I wonder if that might work outside to seal up concrete? Not
