I thought tank screen first, but since it had good pressure and flow at the dist, fuel appears to be getting past the fuel screen. New Fuel pumps seemed to be running normally. (not starving) Screen at dist, Dist/injectors... good possibility of costing more than the car, except the screen.

If it has been sitting that long the fuel system was probably all junked up, either the distributor or the injectors or both. Might have had fouled plugs. There is a little screen at the fuel intake side of the distributor. You just remove the line then remove the little connector/adapter
