I have a bunch of “private” knackers around that specialize in European cars,

LKQ isn’t too far from me, but it’s worthless. There are “lot rats” that strip
anything and everything of value on cars as soon as they come in, no doubt to
resell on eBay. So

Body shops don't really "repair" anything anymore, they swap on new parts.
The hood and fender probably could have been hammered out and fixed, but that
requires more skill than just replacing them.

Discount tire direct or tires easy. Your best bet for these size tires is
probably going to be tires easy. They have a lot more options but you never
heard of most. Just an FIY I just bought a set of Lexin or something like that
as they were actually H rated tires and seemed to be the best bet.
Windows are an easy fix - the plastic thingie that fits in the channel
needs to be replaced. Definitely has possibilities.
