I still have a 126 SD but I think the 123 TD was my favorite car. Great style, a good size, very versatile, AND very easy to maintain. Mine had the ACC I, which wasn't great, but most of it was bullet-proof or easy to diagnose and fix. Unfortunately, nine (79 model) was prone to rust. A pitty.

A resounding YES , for myself. If there were a new production 123, built to original standards and supported for the next 30 years by parts.. I would buy it in a New York Minute.. Imagine being able to buy a car that you know is completely proven to last 30+ years, give good service for the inves
