TEX does have a much longer half life than leather. The cow hide cracks and
discolors. Needs far too much kind loving to keep it nice. Getting the skins
in Frosch back into shape has been a months long trial. The skins in the e300d
are old and cracking. Annual care has not been able to

But it seems that not all Tex is created equal. The seats in my 300SD
seem to have a thinner cover, and they are completely falling apart in

I'm thinking of going with sheepskins in front just to cover it up.

Hey if you had a clean set of 5 mph bumbers I might be interested. My
front bumper is fine but the back one is a bit dimpled as some previous

I used sheepskins in Gump. Tex had see better days and was black. On the rare
sunny day, those seats would scorch your flesh. Cold days were made better
with skins. On Frosch, the skins she had were allowing the leather to over age
and I have not put them on again. Trying to get the leather
clean. pulled off gump

So do you have a set of sheepskins in your inventory now? Can't quite
tell from how you wrote this whether you do or don't. I might be
interested if so, if they would fit a W116 seat.

I do have a set that fits the w107 seats. They are old and have been washed to
try to get soaked in sweat to go away. Not full wool, they are sporty, cut
out/shaved sections. Very kalifornia. Just the seat part, no headrest wools.
Will need fresh under strapping to hold them in place for
