TEX does have a much longer half life than leather. The cow hide cracks and discolors. Needs far too much kind loving to keep it nice. Getting the skins in Frosch back into shape has been a months long trial. The skins in the e300d are old and cracking. Annual care has not been able to

Hey if you had a clean set of 5 mph bumbers I might be interested. My front bumper is fine but the back one is a bit dimpled as some previous owner must have clamped a bicycle rack on it. I guess maybe I am just used to the way it looks but I don't mind the 5mph bumbers on my car. Randy

I used sheepskins in Gump. Tex had see better days and was black. On the rare sunny day, those seats would scorch your flesh. Cold days were made better with skins. On Frosch, the skins she had were allowing the leather to over age and I have not put them on again. Trying to get the leather

I do have a set that fits the w107 seats. They are old and have been washed to try to get soaked in sweat to go away. Not full wool, they are sporty, cut out/shaved sections. Very kalifornia. Just the seat part, no headrest wools. Will need fresh under strapping to hold them in place for
