thought to using their serviced a few years back, but declined due to the

Pretty sure you can do a chargeback after 30 days (though I've never
done one myself). It can often take more than 30 days to resolve (or
not) a purchase issue. There's probably some time limit though.
To dispute a completely incorrect/fradulent charge, yes that normally
needs to be done within
