[MBZ] MOD: **REAR** headrests in an SD...ideas?

I would love to have rear head rests in my '85 300SD. I thought one way to do this might be to find the rear seat back of another W126 (with head rests) and swap them. I saw an 87 ??? SEL at the Pick N Pull yesterday...would that seat back fit? Any other ideas? Could the "guts" be taken out of
