PVC will shatter and spray shrapnel around, especially if
you bang something against it. Just about anything else
is a better choice, and would handle the typical air
pressures we'd use. (Around 100 psi.) Plenty of water
systems have high pressures like that, at least at points.

I found a forum discussion where somebody said "nylon", but I couldn't find the
stuff on Griot's web site at all. In home plumbing, I've seen it connected in
two ways.
1. Crimp on metal clamps over the joints, like in A/C or p

I've done this many times before on engines that take unusual coolant
hoses, and never had a problem. You can get industrial hydraulic or
fuel hose that's very chemical resistant, and can hold hundreds of PSI
for much less money than what european car companies charge for their
weird custom

PVC schedule 40 works just fine for 120 psi air distribution,
although you do have to uses a hose from the compressor to the wall
where the pvc starts. You have to isolate the vibration.

Have you tried calling Rusty yet?
You guys haven't replied to several of my e-mails asking about the
availability of 190D turbo parts that are almost certainly impossible
