A friend bought a KLH satellite/subwoofer system about 15 years ago.
Total junk, shipped it right back the next day. Like so many formerly respected
I believe KLH is still around, but as Mitch indicated, they have fallen into
the ranks of consumer goods rather than quality products.
Just scored a Pioneer 1020L reel to reel courtesy of CL. Looks good, needs a
pinch roller ($10) but is otherwise in great shape...

In my opinion nothing beats a Mac tube amp driving a pair of Klipsch LaScala
fronts and Heresy's for the rear. Nice warm sound from the amp and crisp
sound reproduction through the whole range as Klipsch is well known for.
