Best way to avoid this price shock is to go to Subway or Quiznos and order a
veggie sub. Had one today for lunch (Quiznos). Very satisfying.

Filled up my 100 gal tank on the trunk today at 2.03. Gas just
Drove to Duke Hosp (Durham) today for neurology follow-up, etc.; tremor is
gone, reflexes at knees and elbows back to normal; still have serious
trouble walking, though - can't lift toes to clear floor/ground when
bringing rear foot forward; still using walker and elec. scooter as
appropriate.
