It wil work better and improve coverage in that area as well. That and most
mesh setups are pretty much plug and play.

Glass is interesting in that the recycled product requires pretty much the same
treatment as the raw material and can't be any color but brown. Here in New
England ground glass is useful as road base so there is some point in recycling
it. In the dry southwest road base is less important...

Nope, sorry. When I’ve needed better coverage I use a mesh setup. I’m not a
big fan of range extenders.

I may have to get some of those signal repeater things for one end of the house
and by the shop. Got anything there recommend for that?

That would make sense if we put plastic bags in the recycling. We don’t. They
get collected and kept inside to be dropped off at the grocery store where they
have a collection point.
Interesting thing - Flagstaff doesn’t recycle glass. You have to pay for a
separate container for glass
He's plastic deficient. My parents cat licks plastic bags. I'd guess there is
something in the manufacturing process that makes it taste good.

They show up fine for me. They are attached, not in-line.

So if it stores locally and you have multiple camera, do you access each camera
individually with the same app? Or how does that work? I’m thinking I would
probably need 3-4 camera but maybe might start with a couple.

So it stores it locally on the camera and you can download it from there? How
long does it keep the recording?

For sure.
I don’t now what Skunky eats around my place. Youngest son says he likes to get
into the recyclables, but not the trash. Not sure what would be in there that
would be attractive.

It's a skunk. You have grubs. Grubs are like candy to skunks.

Yes, they record locally, and you access the recordings through their app. You
can download or share the recordings if you want. They connect to 2.4GHz WiFi
(only) as it’s more robust for handling the bandwidth of the video.
You can access them from anywhere using the app. It can be use to set

Explain how they work. They are solar and just connect to my WiFi? Do they
record? If so is it cloud based or what? Can I access them from anywhere?

I forgot to add that they store the data locally, too, so none of the goofy
cloud-based stuff to deal with. They don’t support NAS/RTSP yet, but expect to
in the next year if not before.
