In WA, the "Amazon tax" is complicated. They tax on _facilitators_ that
do more than X (for some value of X that is very low) amount of business
in that State. All Amazon and eBay sales are now taxed, full retail.
So, if you do business _directly_ with an out-of-state provider that has
neither
State tax revenues were getting hugely diminished by online purchases so the
states all got into taxing them just like a store purchase. Even stuff from the
chinee sites charge sales tax
