I got Kumhos for the $500E300 from Tire Rack, shipped to and installed at a local shop, had a rebate thing so they were pretty inexpensive. Seem like OK tires, they do what tires are supposed to do. Some reviews suggested they wear quickly but I haven’t put too many miles on them so don’t know.

I don't think a bad alignment would cause that, but I agree that an alignment is a good idea when spending that much on tires. The place I use provides a before and after print-out, see if you can get that and then you'll know if the alignment was off. - Max Charleston SC

A couple weeks ago I discovered I had a bad tire with a big gash and steel belts starting to poke through the tread. I put the spare on the car and had all the tires balanced. I planned to replace the tires sometime this month. In the interim I drove over 2000 miles on a trip to Mississippi.
