IF the shutdown box will not hold vacuum, that is at least 1 of your problems. Even with one thats leaking, they will still sometimes shut down the engine if everything else holds vacuum. If you start to get a leak somewhere else, then the weak leaking shutdown box cant do its thing anymore.
