One more thought about this... I know the dreadful history of

architecture, has already

Believe it or not the response that I have heard is that people are more
comfortable within a browser because it has a "forward and back button". I
suppose this is because they don't lose context of where they are (by
keeping everything in the same window) and they can leave a trail of
breadcrumbs

I have a question or possible feature request. In the application I
am working on, users can create files to save data to. I check to
make sure, when a user enters a new file name to be created, that the
file does not already exist. Since I always append a suffix to the
file name if the use

I agree (it has been asked many times but one more time can't hurt). If
there was a small plug-in or player object that would run the typically
small filesize of an MC app (with all of the inherent richness of the MC
interface)...it would be an incredible marketing coup...(wrt to some

Okay, I'm just finishing up this word processing program (which may
be of interest to the MetaCard community... more on this in just a
couple of days) , but I'm having one problem with it.
I build an application out of it, and I set its creator type as a
custom type ( "NTTX" in this case ) . N

Greetings all,

I'm using a number of paired fields as tables with a thin field
acting as the table headings and a body field holding the main
content of a given table. Most of the tables only need vertical
scrolling. However, some of these have content that is too wide for
the available window space. Ther
