Its definately a starter. Whether its a finisher is another story, but
all good scientific ideas need to be tested to seperate the "sounds good
in theory" from the "its really worthwhile".

easier to refer to them by name.
None of these issues are insurmountable with the single-field data entry
method, but it takes extra work to implement it. I'm not sure why you
think it is nec
