the north east last night. It was most likely lighting from the storm.

Hi all,
I think I'm the first to try this. It's an animated me teaching the
basics of meteorite hunting. It's a tool that others on this forum
might want to try. It may come in handy if you are teaching kids (or
adults) and need a little help.
Check it out here:

Apparent speed
was above Mach 6, perhaps higher, since the total period of
observation was approximate 2 minutes--the object crossed half the
sky.
Based on this reported duration, it sounds more like re-entering space
debris than a meteor.

Hi Ruben and list!
Good video! Although (NO offence meant of coarse!) I would re-do
it using your real voice instead. The computer generated voice is
hard to understand at times for some people.
Regards to all!
Tom
Some days, it's not even worth chewing through the restraints!
More meteorites added to the site. Some lots and larger pieces, small
brecciated stones, whole stones, slices, end cuts, low and high iron
chondrites. Very nice unclassified meteorite specimens.

Hi Tom and all,
I understand and totally agree. However, for those that are a lot less
shy than me it could be a great tool.
Here's why, if you can type, you can make a animated movie, and the
first one is free! All you do is type in the words you want your
character to say and the program does
Very Cool Ruben. Can that guy moon-walk?

Hi Ruben,
Very impressive. I like it but you have such a smooth, expressive,
friendly voice, it's a shame not to use yours instead of the machine.

Hi Ron -
As I did not make it to the Flagstaff meeting nor to the Texas session, and
I've read no coverage of either, so here's some stupid questions for the NASA

Last I heard, the AF had walked away from PS1 operations, and Weiler was not
walking in. What's going on with
