People can say that, but the stats tell differently. White voters nationally favored McCain by a 55-43 margin — in Missouri, it was 57-42 for McCain. The vote percentage among Missouri whites this time was identical to 2004, when 57 percent of white voters favored Bush over Democrat John Kerry.

There are similar hate issues going on in California right now due to Prop 8 passing. There was a coalition that was made up of several churches and people for the yes campaign, and now one church, the LDS church has been singled out for anti ads, and calls for attacking them, their temples etc.

The onslaught of hatred the LDS Church is receiving is horrific. The Catholic Church was also one of the Churches in the coalition called to battle the Prop 8, but they have not been singled out as much. So now I have double cards stacked against me.not only am I racist, but I am also bigoted
