All,
Quick summary of MM and BTS on MTV News (don't worry,
you really didn't miss anything):
MTV did a story on Napster, and how it is being banned
on college campuses across the country. You know how
they like to focus on one kid's story to make the
whole thing more personal? Well, they found

I too have to deal with this bullshit. I'm at Northwestern and they ban
access because it causes the network to get blocked up and slow. And
because they deem Napster as something that isn't academic, they blocked
access to it. That is our story anyway. It sucks. Jamie

on that note, I saw Romeo Must Die recently with a friend and it
was pretty good if you like the martial arts type flicksit
was way too hyped up though. i did enjoy the fight scenes and the special
effectssome of the slow motion reminded me of the fight scenes
from The Matrix.
Everyone wondering about the cure tour needs to go to www.chainofflowers.com
and click on dream tour. Tickets are onsale for half the shows already. I
have tickets for both shows in new orleans and dallas if anyone else is
going. Good luck ticketmaster is frustrating as hell. ~kevin

My college has restriced access to Napster too, but there is a way to get
around it. Go to www.napigator.com and download the Napigator software (for
free), which allows you to bypass the college server and access Napster.
You can even choose which Napster server to connect to, which you couldn'

Yr personal philosophy is "don't be that guy"?
A striking resemblance to the film's dialogue...
a simple misunderstanding, I'm sure...

So, I'm up in Seattle last week, and I decided to go to a movie, and I went and saw
Romeo must die. Perty good flick if you like americanized martial arts films, i
enjoyed it, but one thing sort of bugged me. The movie is supposed to take place in
SF and Oakland, but they're sitting there on
My school blocked all those servers as well, so my napigator doesn't even
work now. I have had to settle for iMesh. It works, but seems to have
monstrously less variety. Oh well. Jamie

OH MY GOD! I had no idea. I saw the Make up a year and a half ago at the Fireside, and
let me just tell you, it was SO RAD! I've seen them 7 times (four times in one week in
1997) and, despite the fact that they didn't play a single Sound Verite song, this was

Oh, and I just forgot, I went to see the Short Attention Span Film
