Fascinating to see this on a non-Windows box.
Reloading modules after they have been editied, eg httpd like so:
PerlModule Apache::Reload
PerlInitHandler Apache::Reload
PerlSetVar ReloadAll Off
PerlSetVar ReloadModules CGI CGI::Application ... Sweep::*
works about 99% of the time
