mod_ssl problem on Solaris x86

Hi all, This is driving me mad. I hope there is someone who is kind enough to give me some clues. I compiled Apache 1.3.6, mod_ssl 2.3.11, OpenSSL 0.93a on a Solaris x86 2.6 box. But every time I tried to connect to HTTPS port, I got disconnected. The error entries in error_log and access_log is
