Because of the artwork and the age of the paper (and also because I couldn't
find a French re-release that used the same artwork) I assumed it was from
the original French release in 1966.

Hi Dave , this is the 70s re-release printer lalande became lalande
courbet from 1970 on ... the very first release is indeed with bob Robertson
instead of Sergio leone . original printer (for first and second release with
this artwork) is saint martin .
