I stopped by the Great Blue Heron rookery at Coon Rapids dam Tuesday and viewed it from the East side. I noticed a grizzly scene with what appears to be 2 herons hanging upside down from a nest area. The nest is about the 6th most Southern one and the birds appear to be bound by their feet.
