Little glitch in Mozilla milestone 0.9.5 mail-news composition window

I've never run across any mention of this problem before. You wouldn't happen to know the bug number on this? Or did the problem ever reach the stage of formal recognition? Jay Garcia wrote: > Al Smith wrote: > >> This has happened in Mozilla milestones, and j

2001-08-12 Thread Al Smith
This has happened in Mozilla milestones, and just today I noticed it in Netscape 6.1. Somehow JavaScript is turning itself on for Main and News. Does anyone know why this is happening? When I download a new milestone or nightly of Mozilla, everything is already turned on after install -- Java,

I've been running Mozilla 0.9.3 for a while, and today I installed Netscape 6.1. My impression, after using Netscape 6.1 all day, is that it is a little more polished than Mozilla. I like it. Plus, it has a spell checker, and Mozilla 0.9.3 doesn't (the Netscape spell checker that worked in 0.9

Are you sure you've got JavaScript and Install Software checked in your menus? I think you need both to install themes under Windows. Mike Koenecke wrote: > On or about Tue, 10 Jul 2001 23:35:21 +0200, Peter Lairo > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> allegedly wrote: > > >>i use win98 and mozilla nightly 20

SkyPilot chrome - wow!

2001-07-09 Thread Al Smith
I just installed the SkyPilot theme on Mozilla 0.9.2 a couple of hours ago and I've been playing with it. All I can say is WOW! This skin package is head and shoulders above anything else I've seen for Mozilla. It's the way a theme should be made, with care and attention to detail. It is incre

Mozilla 0.9.2 is out and it's good. The browsing experience is excellent. The menus are more responsive and stable. I still notice a little roughness in the Mail and News client, but everything works fine for me. The best news -- you can now turn off those annoying GIF animation ads. This one

I installed Mozilla .9 a few days ago -- runs well on my system. But I've got a problem that is keeping me from using it for regular browsing. When I hit the "Escape" key, or the greyed-out "Stop" button, this action no longer turns off animation in the banner ads. Used to be that if I hit Es
