, since I can't find the PASSWORD thingy, the login
sessions all failed. How to set the Password ?
Thirdly, in the old version ( 3.0 Gold ), I can ask Netscape to
download ONE account at a time, and this new version, it's kind of
complicated. The help file isn't helpful either.

I tried the Windows version and can't do local (offline) install.
I tried the Unix one (under Linux) and it too insisted that I go
online to finish the installation process.
I haven't tried the Mac yet - perhaps I will, tomorrow.
Anyone has any idea how to do offline installation ?

Try installing to a directory of a different name. I have seen this
problem and was trying to track down why installing to a directory of a
different name works.
