Dear MQ'ers,
Another thing that would be good to enhance it the CKTI-task for Z/OS CICS,
so it will support parallel tasks, so our developers don't have to
incoperate MQINQ and other complex suff just to see if it's nessacary to
start another server application. This would be a good enhancement t
Hi,
A good thing to have is a real ClusterWorkload, this means a exit that is
able to do real workload balancing. and not some "round-robin".
This should also work when sending to a local cluster queue that are full,
and the cluster queue on another qmgr is available
That would help me a lot
Hi Paul,

Hi Folks,
a way to stop is issueing cpf STOP QMGR MODE=FORCE
Take a look on the command in the manual. it's no so dangours as it
look like, it might just do what you want I guess. ;o)
I takes the queue manager down and keeps the integraty.

Hi John,
In the nature of MQSeries channels design is this imposibble. (Well it
not, it just requres some automation and a security exit).
You need the security exit to disallow the incomming call, and the use the
automation to start the requester channel again.
Another way could be just using
Dear Donovan,
I'm 99,99% shure that the only user you can install it under is the one
and only "Administrator" user. I've faced the same problem, and it's the
same with DB2 and MQ Client. It seems to that administrator auth. is not
enought. :o(

Hi,
AdoptMCA, allows the SDR channel to initiate a new session with an
RCVR/RQSTR channel, while the RCVR/RQSTR channel is connected to the sender
channel (it thinks)...
Well, what realy happens is(without adoptmca): If the sender looses contact
with the RCVR/RQSTR channel it normally requi
Hi Jonas,
I know the problem:

We have had that discustion in the spring on MQSeries.net, and solved it!
Here is the refere
Normally it requres that you make your qmgr repostory qmgr for that qluster
too (using a Namelist), then you can use RESET CLUSTER
and when reset cluster is done, and you see that it's claen, chenage your
repository settings back.
That approach is working fine for me It has been discussed
n QM1 itself,
then everything went fine and we are able to put messages into the queue.
This is not the solution we are looking for though.
Any clues as to why the cluster model is not working ?
Thanks and Regards,
Sundari

have you checked to deadletterqueue on the receiveing queuemanager, which
the xmit-queue and channel is pointing to ?? you might find a clueue here,
