Hello, Any OCR software that generates PDF? Adobe Acrobat is suitable for scanning images and text and can write it down as PDF-file. This softwarepackage is really expensive, but I'm sure you can find it on one of the "illegal" CD-ROM's... My only problem is that Adobe Acrobat is installed

Although I think converting the paper manuals to electronic ones is very good, I'd prefer to use PDF as standard. HTML is fine for online viewing, but annoying if you want to print something (multiple HTML pages are seperate printjobs). A PDF file can be printed in one go. Any OCR software
