Then why do I have PDF viewers under Linux which are NOT made by Adobe?

I also have a scanner, so again, just ask and i will

Hello,
Any OCR software that generates PDF?
Adobe Acrobat is suitable for scanning images and text and can write it down
as PDF-file.
This softwarepackage is really expensive, but I'm sure you can find it on

Maybe it's possible for the dutch people to take their manuals to the
Tilburg fair and convert all the manuals to PDF on the fair!
It's also possible to put al the files on msx2.com becausse we have enough
space on the server. (a few gig)

Actually I think it would be nicer to convert the manuals to a popular
document
format rather than scanning them. For example, HTML, PDF or Latex.
That's a good idea. But first we need the manuals (a scan of them). Anyone
here
has them and is willing to help ? With the scans, someone could
that generates PDF?
