I would also include a mention of http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/SplitReleaseTitleStyle as an exception. Perhaps also it would be wise to say something about untitled singles? Bit of a grey area as we don't seem to worry much about vinyl (which is the common offender - eg 7inches in plain sleeves)
