Ron/Richard, Thanks for your replies. I do have the checkbox "Do not create a completed copy of this task on recurring" unchecked. What I was missing was the fact that I had to delete the Notes in the new task. I expected that if the new task was actually new it would have a blank Task Note. I

Here is how I would do it... I assume that you have unchecked the checkbox "Do not create a completed copy of this task on recurring". This checkbox is located in Advanced Options under Task Recurrence. With this checkbox unchecked, everytime you complete this recurring task, a copy of the old tas

I may be just missing something but I need to be able to make a new set of Task Notes for each occurence of a Recurring Task. I setup up meetings that occur weekly as tasks and need to be able to save notes that I would like to discuss during each meeting. When I put in Task Notes they seem to re
