Jon, as far as I see only MLO cloud profiles can be synced automatically
(you must activate this with a checkbox in the sync profile settings). I
don't think you can adjust the timing and frequency, but the default

I am still completely bemused by how MLO handles and stores the column set
up for a particular workspace. Are they stored with the view or with the
workspace or some other place.

with the view because I realised I needed the same view (with regard which
items are displayed) but with different columns in the dfferent
workspaces. So when I went back and chose my original To Do view in my

Hmmm - spoke too soon. MLO keeps removing the columns I have added back
into my ToDo view in the main window. Suspect that it is something to do
with the Helper Window based on that view not having the columns and in
some way, forcing their removal in the main window but I can't reproduce at

Believe it or not, I can't find the index tab of the online help area that
you're referring to. All that I see is basic set up stuff on the main
website and not search tab. I know I've seen more detailed info somewhere

Sorry for the confusion. I meant the help that can be acessed through
the help menu of MLO desktop. In the good old days, this was called
"online help" as opposed to the printed documentation that was delivered
with the sofware. I think the term "online help" is still used, but I

Thanks Christoph. I knew I saw that somewhere. I just found the PDF that
had that info. Thanks. I recently did some major changes in the whole
structure of my setup. Changed a few hundred items. And hours later I
synced my MLO phone ap and the new changes weren't there. That freaked me
out. So
