Hi,
A recurring problem in MLO, and one which has prevented me really utilizing
it properly for a long time, is that any due date later than today causes a
decrease in the urgency category.
However, in my world, anything with a due date is always more important
than something without one. And
Hi,
I'm getting to have quite a few tasks now and would love to be able to
judge their relative calculated scores at a glance. Is there any way to use
the computed score in automatic formatting?
In my ideal world, there would be an option to automatically indicate the
relative importance of al
As a huge mlo fan, I was wondering if there's any chance of a public beta for
the new mlo 4. I don't mind dealing with a few bugs, and would love to start
putting the new mlo into practice and see how it works in my work flow. I'm
sure lots of others would love to give it a try as well, so if i
This looks amazing, great job!! If you're looking for beta testers please
review my earlier application, I'd love to help out!
I couldn't see it in the screen shots, but I would kill for the ability to
have MLO running in multiple windows. If there's any way this can be
included in MLO 4 I woul
I actually think this is a time-limited problem (for MLO), and one not
exclusive to MLO. Any service which has a mobile app has the potential to
run into syncing issues. Even if the service is web-based on the desktop,
mobile nearly always has an app (and it's really required because mobile

I've actually taken to a slightly modified review process and using stars
to help order things up more in the moment, it's working out pretty well
for now. However, a more permanent fix would be fantastic!

I'd be happy to let you know what apps I found to be equivalents.

Joao, If I could make a suggestion, try MLO on Android. I used to have an
iPhone, and I occasionally pick the old thing (3GS) up just to see what's
doing in the apple world. Compared to the android app, the iphone app
really lacks a lot of the power for context filtering, views, zooming-in,

I find myself using cut and paste more often. I always leave the inbox
folder open at the top to help speed things up. From wherever I am in the
outline I just start scrolling up, grab the move bar at the right, and
flick it to the top. From there I long tap on the item I want to move and
cut.
I think we need to keep things in perspective here. First, there have been
updates and lots of them - for the mobile platforms. And personally, I'm
very glad that's where the latest updates have been landing. MLO is my LIFE
organized, not just my work at my desk organized. Now, I've got 4 monito

Hi,
I'm encountering a bit of a problem. At the moment, any task with a due
date farther away than 2 days from now is decreased fairly dramatically in
the urgency ranking. However, the fact that something is due in 5 days
doesn't mean it's less important to me than something that's not due on a
I'm not sure that's the case. I mean, when I compare the functionality and
usefulness of MLO vs everything else on iOS, Android, Windows, etc., I'm
continually blown away by what Andrey's done. If anyone can do it, I
suspect he can.
However, if it is turning out to be more than he'd anticipated
I love nearly everything about MLO - it's so incredibly powerful, yet so
fast and agile. It truly has changed my life and how I work - thank you for
this incredible product!!
Oddly enough I think I fall into the category of someone who is incredibly
happy with it and also has feature requests a
I'd love the ability in options to set a new project automatically to be
"In Progress" instead of Not started. If I'm declaring it a project, it's
nearly always going to be in progress. Also, pressing tab after pressing
"alt-j" (the keyboard shortcut for a new project) should result in allowing
I think It's genius! why doesn't someone start a kickstarter for this
and if enough money is raised then it could be developed as a game add-
on! I'd certainly buy it!

The auto-completion feature is one I use an incredible amount. Even if
there is no other fix beyond this one bug, PLEASE release a new
version to fix this.

Hi,
I can't seem to get the background quicksync to work in windows 7. I
created a scheduled task with the following settings:
Program/script: "C:\Program Files (x86)\MyLifeOrganized.net\MLO
\mlo.exe"
Add arguments (optional): "C:\Users\Scott\Documents\MLO\mlomain.ml" -
QuickSync -Console

It's a shame that MLO isn't native for Linux, or it could take
advantage of the Zeitgeist framework. MLO could log how you're
spending your time based on what the OS records you doing. So if
you're using files from a certain directory for a certain period of
time, MLO will automatically record that
For those of you who are wondering how to run a quicksync background
sync in linux under WINE, here's the code:
---
wine C:\\Program\ Files\\MyLifeOrganized.net\\MLO\\mlo.exe c:\\mlo\
\mlomain.ml -QuickSync -console
In the above example you use two "\\"s between directories in windows,

As I keep using MyLifeOrganized in Wine on Linux (Latest Development
Release), I notice the cursor blinking faster and more erratically as
time goes by. As this can get a little distracting, does anyone know
how to deal with it?
Thanks!
