I want to store Myanmar unicode data in MySQL
database. Then, I want to make data manipulation with it. Firstly, i
tried to input Myanmar characters in MySQL's GUI tool. i chose Myanmar
keyboard and installed Myanmar font in tool. But, i couldn't type

It very much depends on what your users needs are.
In my experience, there's an opensource alternative that integrates well
with proprietary systems if needed for everything i can think off. I've
been working solely on Linux for more than 3 years now.

I am looking for a tool which can moniter mysql and if any thing goes wrong
with mysql then it can send a mail or alert. It can show the innodb status
and all the complete details about mysql.
