: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Access denied for user: 'root@localhost' (Using password: NO)'
I get this whenever I attempt to connect to MySQL.
I am running Slackware 8.1, MySQL Max 3.23.54b.
I have set the MySQL root password. What am I missing?
