MySQL problem with Traffic and Updates

once thought that the kernel was the problem, but I upgraded that and the problem returned. I upgraded MySQL and still the problem returned. I upgraded the hard drive bandwidth (MB/sec) thinking that might improve it, but nothing I have tried keeps the problem away for more than a day. If you need any more information from me (including database table formats, queries, etc) please let me know! I will be more than happy to give them to you!! Thanks to anyone who helps me out!!!
